When trying to ask for a exchange when a xmas gift that was not liked, within the 28 days as per company returns policy. The assistant tried to only refund the new January sale price which was £10.00 less than the amount I paid. When I stated that I was going to inform Trading Standards about this practice I was offered the full amount as a good will gesture. This of course I accepted. The assistant also disclosed during the course of our discussion that the product was at a reduced price in November, but was increased in December and then reduced again on Boxing day. As the product was nightware and very much Christmasy, it appears to me that the price was increased for the Christmas market I feel that theses practices are somewhat in the line of profiteering. It is very unlikely that I will shop in that establishmnt again.

was up on holiday to Shetland for up helly aa and went into the store for an outfit found the assistants very happy and friendly and wish all store were like that.

Been awaiting a refund for over two months despite two weeks ago cheque was awaiting signing.

Credit note valid one month only I purchased a top for my mum of full price , it didn't fit her but I have lost the receipt, I took it back to the store within few day of purchased and staff found out the record of transaction and gave me a credit note, few week later I came to store to purchase something else and use my credit not but It was expired.

Recently visited the Bishop Auckland store. It felt like I had my own personal shopper! Nothing was too much trouble. Bought three tops and ordered some leggings from the petite range which came within 5 days. Well done Bishop Auckland. Who will beat you ????

I have been pleased with the purchases I have made at M&Co but the two things I can never find are plain summer skirts with elasticated waists and summer dresses with SLEEVES.

I always purchase my goods in the Ludlow store. The staff are always helpful. The store is brightly lit and very clean, even if customers bring in the rain on umbrellas and shoes. The store is always well stocked, particularly the children's wear, and I am now pleased to see household goods as well. Well done M & Co, I shall purchase from you again.

I was in the braehead store making a purchase and got lots of very helpful advice from the staff especially a lady. The staff couldnt do more to help and the store was well organised and a lovely shopping experience. Will be going back to the braehead branch very soon and recommending to friends and family.

Just taken it back disappointed that dress is not lined - spent two weeks trying to find suitable under slip - clingy fabric so would have been much better lined particularly as I need a larger size.

No problems in store so would have got 5 stars but for this disappointment.

I recently visited the Cannock branch. Staff were very pleasant with no pressure and helpful when asked a question. The lady who served me told me about the loyalty card, which I wasn't aware of. I have visited this store prior to this occasion and will certainly visit again.
