Terrible Customer Service
Thy have good products, yet when you need to contact them they are not promising. They menthion they contact back within 24hurs, but then don't. I need to return my goods which that I need a return address. The service is terrible. P.S does anyone know the return address?

my order totalled over 100 pounds they sent wrong item even though website states they will accept returns they WILL NOT and will attempt to make you repurchase the item you already ordered. Disgusting website.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with mkpursesoutlet.com
Instead of telling me the item I ordered was out of stock, they sent me a completely different item. Then when I contacted them, they refused to refund my money!! Eventually, they just stopped contact altogether to avoid having to give me a refund! DO NOT shop at this website!!
