I had a horrible experience with this company. They gave me the wrong size necklace and lead me on for sevetal months pronising to repkace it with the right size. But they never did.They just kept promising to give me the right size through dozens of emails but it never happened. i will never have anything else to do wuth this manipulative company.

Bought a towel which was $50 delivered and was such poor quality. Sent a message on fb and it's funny that they didn't reply till I threatened a bad review to which they said they don't take threats lightly.

Rude people! Sell something for that price that's good quality.

I ordered a bar necklace on may 11th. It's now june 30th and it's still in "air transport".Been in air transport for over 30 days. When you go onto their website it states that any US orders will be sent from the US fulfillment center. Well it did NOT. I have emailed these people several times since last month and all they do is resend me tracking links. I don't want this item anymore I just want a refund but I'm guessing reading other reviews on here that I probably wont recieve either. Please please do not order from this company. I wish I had read reviews somewhere other than their website prior to ordering...if i had i would never have tried them. Goodluck to anyone still waiting on product or money. I'm right there with ya

I ordered my daughter a necklace in September 2019 for her birthday. I NEVER received it ! Here we are in February 2020. I cannot contact an actual person. No response on my e-mails. They did minus my $23.00 of course. I will tell all my friends and family to never order with this horrible company !!

I ordered from them 11/19/19 it is 1/30/20 and I still havent received it. They responded saying go to my post office which I have done everyday, and I told them that. They have yet to respond, I contacted them on January 27th because the package showed delivered to my mailbox but had specific instructions to deliver the office.

I ordered a necklace with an 18 inch chain. After a long wait I finally got the necklace and it is the length of a baby choker. I immediately contacted the company and got a response of "did you order the enhancer?" It is not January and I am still trying to get the correct length chain. I send them a picture of the chain next to a measuring instrument. I did and they responded to unhook the necklace and lay it straight out.(how insulting) An 18 inch necklace should lay way past your neck and lay towards your breasts. I thought my daughter's going to be cut off because the chain was so short. Honestly this necklace could fit a 6 month old baby. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am sending this company's name to our state Attorney General.

I ordered a necklace in September 2019. It’s end of December and I have no necklace . I tried to reach them via their support team , no sense . They don’t reply to my emails . I asked for a full refund and the guy told me they can make a return of 70% only so I agreed to wait for the necklace and now they disappeared with my money .Never recommend, it’s not professional

Do not waste your time or money. I ordered SIX necklaces and did not receive one. Their customer service is a joke. I was told I would not get a refund but I would receive 15% off of a new order.. What?! Who are these people
