I had ordered a dress for my daughters wedding in plenty of advance notice. This dress ended up coming late for the wedding!! I ended up having to pay extra for the shipping charges and another $55 for alterations!! The dress was poorly finished and I am extremely disappointed by the customer service!! I was told that I would be compensated for the extra costs and have yet to be compensated a dime!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Horrid Customer Service!
Ordered a bridesmaid dress from here on May 20th, ended up cancelling the order on August 1st! It hadn't even shipped yet! Never got the dress, have been fighting with them for over a month for my refund. For an item I never even received! They are now blaming PayPal, saying they won't refund me because it's "over due time". Which is entirely their fault, since they didn't send it and then played around for a month with my refund. Never thought it would be so hard to be reimbursed for something I never got!
I've contacted both Paypal and my bank, and they have created claims to the company, but it's still up in the air whether I'll ever get my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! It is not worth the risk.

Dishonest Crooks! Worst Experiece Ever!!!
I wish I could give this company less than one star because it DOES NOT even deserve the one star I am giving it.
I ordered a flower girl dress and specified a length of 27.5 inches so that my daugheter had room to grow into it when she would have to wear it three months from now.
I received the dress and I put the dress on my daugheter and what was suppose to be a floor length gown did not even reach her ankles!!! So I measured and it measured at 24 inches!
I wrote several emails to the customer support and they had me take numerous photos of the dress. I sent them photos of the dress on my daughter with her feet clearly showing through the bottom and with the dress and a tape measure showing exactly now long it is! They stopped responding to my emails so I went on live chat support.
I showed them the issue and they claimed that they measured it correctly to what I asked. After going back and forth on this issue, I asked for a refund which their website said "Satifaction Guaranteed", but they refused to give it to me! I spent an hour and half talking to three "support" people -Mango, Summer, and Nina- asking for a refund and they kept saying the dress was made to my order. So I asked them to show me my order and behold it says 27.5" and the dress that I showed them in the picture was 24" and they STILL DENY that they made it incorrectly. Not only did they continually deny that they were in the wrong, they were also PATRONIZING in "trying" to find a solution. One "support" person told me wrap my kid in a blanket for the wedding. ???? Total lack of professionlism!!!
I would not back down, so they finally relented after an HOUR AND A HALF of arguing with them. They said to return the dress and that they will not pay for shipping and I would have too. Well it turns out the shipping cost to this God forsaken place cost just as much as the dress!!! So despite them "giving" me a refund I'm still out the cost of a dress!!! All because they messed up on my order!
And with the already negative and aggrevating experience I had with their chat support I highly doubted that I would get a refund even if I did return the dress! As I have seen on other reviews, this company even when returning a dress will say the dress is torn, ruined, soiled, or worn and so the refund would be invalid. So it's pointless to even return this dress for a refund, because if they pull another crooked thing and say the dress is ruined I'm out both the cost of the dress and the cost of shipping- so double the amount!!!
When there is proof ( through PHOTOS and ORDER FORMS given BY THEM) that a company made a mistake, the ethical and honest thing to do is to admit their mistake. THEY DON'T!!! They say the customer is WRONG! And it should not take a customer over an hour and half to get a refund, nor should the customer be patronized when asking for a refund. If a company says Satifaction Guaranted, they should live up to their commitment. And not make the customer fight for a refund. I have never dealt with such UNPROFESSIONALISM and SHADINESS. This company and the people who work in it are unethical and have no morals. They are downright CROOKS!!!

Don"t!!!!!!!rip Off!!! Seriously Ruined My Life!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THEM! I wish I found these reviews before I ordered. Like other posts said they will lie and lie and lie! My wedding dress was over two weeks late! Mind you my wedding is in a month. When I opened up the package it was WRONG!! AND late. I emailed right away copying their overdue policy online and also the return policy explaining why I had perfect right to return my dress and they sent me an email and made up a FAKE email in it that stated that they told me it was late and that if I didn't respond to the email I wouldn't get my money returned if it was late. I never got that email. They didn't even include a receipt date of when it was sent. They didn't even deny that it was fake!!! I have been arguing with them to give me a full refund because their policy stated that. Well luckily I screen shot that page because then they said that wasn't their policy and now the overdue policy is entirely changed not stating the refund anymore for what my situation would be. Then they asked since it was so wrong for me to send back my dress and they will reimburse me. YEAH RIGHT!! I asked for an address for 3 days and never got a response from them. Now it is out of they 7 day return policy which is THEIR fault since they didn't give me the address!! HHHHOOOOORRRRRIIIIBBBLLLLEEEE!!! They have caused me to have several nervous breakdowns in one week and have made me seriously wish I could fly to them and not leave their office until they give me my money back.
RIP OFFF!!! PLEASE I beg of you to not use them! They should be shut down!! They just take advantage of the fact that we are in another country and can't do anything about it!

Worst Experience Ever!!
I ordered a dress for a friends wedding and paid for it, then when I e-mailed to check on it as it had been two months, they said there was no record of it (even though they had already recieved the money)! It took several e-mails to get them to send it.
I tried this dress on at Davis's Bridal before finding this one online and when I finally got it turns out the sizing was different than the 4 I tried on in stores. Then the zipper popped off and now they won't respond to me to return the dress! I will never order from them again, needless to say.

Yes I have just orderd a dress for my wedding and I had all my bridemaids order their's also and after reading all the bad reviews. I am very scared and hope we just didnot lose all of our money. Is it true if you order it through pay pal that they have to refund you your money back if the sited is actually a scam? I now do not have any idea how im going to get all my bridesmaids dresses in time for my wedding and they wonder why they call us bridezillas..
I think I'm going to be sick! I ordered my dress though Ebay and the company was called DressWill.....but guess what?! It's really Clothingtalks! My wedding is two weeks away and still no dress. Did you ever get your dresses?

I ordered mine in Feb of 012 and it is now April 24 and I am freaking out. I dont know what I was thinking. "Rainbow has given me 100 excuses and keeps promising that it will be here next week." :(.This past time was "beading" My g/f did the same thing and weeks before her wedding the told her they were out of lace for her dress. She got her money back so that does give me hope.Is there not a way we can get this website shut down? what they are doing is wrong. I have a pretty good feeling that I am not going to get my dress. So I am looking towards getting my money back and finding something else.
Yes! I did FINALLY get my dress. after 3 mths. I would definitely be trying to find a back up. 2 mths is to close. like i said my g/f got screwed out of hers. My dress is beautiful but Im having to have some alterations done cause they sewed this funky slip in it. If you get it it will be well worth it but it is def a risk!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY WILL SCREW YOU.Ordered a Flower Girl's dress on January 7 2012 was promised in 20 days or money back after 27 days ask where is was reply was we are on a long New Years holiday then was promised arrival in 10 days again NO DRESS then was told on another Holiday promised deliverly in 7 days AGAIN NO DRESS Was told different excuses every time, dress almost ready, will be ready tomorrow, dress not even started on yet, have other big orders, every order is late due to holidays, semtress working 24-7, dress shipping out today only to get email next day saying dress not started on yet, then said it shipped overnight didnt arrive to be told not finished. Wedding was March 18th never saw dress had to order dress from J Crew for an additional $ 200.00 on top of what I paid them to get dress in time for wedding. Have tried and tried to get my money back and they wont refund my money. I waited from January 7th till March 14th trying to get dress I paid for which was promised in 20 days or my money back. They are liars. Lied over and over to me made promise after promise after promise and NEVER CAME THRU. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND COST YOU A LOT MORE MONEY WHEN YOU HAVE TO ORDER FROM DIFFERANT PLACE AND PAY TWICE CAUSE YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEN. Nervous With A 50% Chance
This site makes me nervous. as someone able to make websites, theirs is quite well put together , but their service is questonable . I ordered my dress in january 9th and it still hasn't arrived now its april 10 . I am trying to keep my hopes up that the dress will still come , but i am getting married in mid june so you readers should understand why i am nervous. At this point in time I feel like their might e a 50/50 chance that this website could be a scam and the dress never come or that i will get the dress just in the nick of time. for the last two months i have been saying the my dress should be here any day now, so here is my advice unless you know someone personally who can reccomend this site to you , dont buy from here. If your trying to save few bucks on a wedding dress for that certain day , don't do it . if you really want to save moeny go to a local thrift store . go get a used dress . I just got a nice dress for backup (in case the CT one doesnt come) for $50 and it fits beautifully. i still want that dream dress to come in the mail though. If your fine with worring and stressing over where that dress is then fine buy from here.
i will be back to report if the dress ever came , how it is , and make comments on that.

We ordered a wedding dress and after receiving it we noticed a hugh stain on the fron of it. After trying to make contact with ClothingTalks several time, they would never respond to our request. At the end of the day we spent a couple hundred dollars on a dress that we couldn't even use.
