Keeping the customer satisfied?
I've been reminded today about the importance of good customer service. Being too busy is not an excuse I accept. If things go wrong (as they sometimes do in real life) then my top priority is to look after my customer and get the product to them, whatever it takes.
Unfortunately things work differently at Clothes2Order who have been so busy that they unilaterally decided to shift the delivery date for my promotional t-shirts until next week. I ordered these 3 weeks ago and need them for charity fundraising at Harwell Feast on Monday.
Despite big efforts to try and get part of my order finished and couriered out, the end result is still no t-shirts.#timetochangesupplier
Until now, Clothes2Order have been the sole clothing supplier for my business. Unless they somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat; that stops now.
