Inadequately packed - just a single plastic bag
sent via hermes who left by a dustbin and reported that it had been left 'securely'.
I reported all this to customer services. 48 hour response failed to address any of the issues.
I received a deluge of unsolicited e mails and the 'unsubscribe' doesn't work. Despite saying that my details have been updated, they still arrive on a daily basis.
Again, reported to customer services. No apology, and no reference to any action taken. Unsolicited E mails are still being sent.
difficult to speak as the number is a premium rate one - I thought these had been banned but clearly not.
I buy a lot of things online and this is the worst experience i have ever had, overall: quality of goods, customer service, delivery, and junk e mail.
