4 Christmas gifts were mailed out with no postage on; meaning they took over 2 weeks to 'arrive' coming after Christmas and then I had to go and collect from the post office and pay the outstanding amount.

When contacted the company accused me of lying, called me arrogant and pompous and told me they would take the side of their staff over me.

At no point did I get an apology.

Terrible customer service, avoid.

Just taken receipt of 'lucky dip' pack of four t shirts from classic rock genre. Didnt expect too much as £20 for the four seemed very cheap... thought they would be okay just for everyday general use. However, was pleasantly surprised, they are excellent heavyweight quality, each one a different colour and the designs I've been sent are brilliant! No just left over, no one wants type of stock, my selection included Queen, Hendrix etc!

Couldnt fault the delivery..arrived within two days of order!

Highly recommended, would definitely use again, thank you!

Bought a Rush t-shirt online from this website. They said after I'd ordered that it was made to order, so not to expect it for 10-12 days. I was pretty annoyed at that. However, it arrived only 2 days later and is top quality. Pretty good t-shirt story if you're into vintage and rock gear.
