after a week i tried to e-mail this company as there were no updates regarding my order. the e-mails appeared to be undeliverable and then on their website they said they were experiencing phone problems with BT. Finally after 10 days the Trickers boots were delivered. I am very disappointed as the boots are obviously factory seconds. they have veining and the lining is crumpled, not bad for £450. Avoid this company and if Trickers are reading this keep an eye on whos selling your goods.

This people are selling items that they have not in their stocks, told me later that they was going to ship within 2 week, 2 weeks later nothing happend and no answar to my mails! WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE!

Please buy from Country Attire, better stock Control, communication, price and larger selection!

I have made a number of purchases from the company. I have found the service to be at least on a par with much larger internet distributors. On the single occasion when I required to contact them directly,the customer care service was prompt, courteous and efficient.I have no hesitation in recommending the sevice.

They have always been exactly as described and the size that was ordered which cannot be said for all companies.They stock first rate products and i have never been disappointed with anything that i have purchased. I have been buying from this company for a couple of years without a problem. Their deliveries are as promised, prompt and well packaged. On one occasion I needed to change an order by telephone, this was simplicity itself and handled politely and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Farley Country Attire to all.

This company’s slogan of Fast & Free attracted me to use them for my order as it was required for Easter. However if you do want your order ‘Fast’ do not bother with this company and go somewhere else. After seven days I was wandering where my order was and having checked my emails no contact from them so I phoned them only to be told we are still processing your order. When asked why this is still being processed there was no direct answer only that it will not be processed till after the Holiday. How long after I asked- reply I do not know exactly probably a few days.

This is not the behaviour of a professional company but that of a cover up because they have not the items in stock and do not want me to cancel, yet they take your money on day of order. They also do not keep you informed of any delays, or reasons for delay, I had to do all the chasing.

I would never use this company again as they are not reliable, uninformative and offer false promise of fast delivery. I hate to think what the returns service is like if this is the standard so far.

Training in communication with customers is urgently required.

The WORSE EXPERIENCE in RETURNS EVER.

1) THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT THEY DONT HAVE A FREE RETURN POLICY WHEN YOUVE MADE SO MANY ROUNDA IF ASKING THEM SHOE/ SIZING QUESTIONS TO REMIND YOU THAT ITS NO FREE RETURNS.

2) RETURNS WAS EXPENSIVE

3) THEY RECOMMENDED INTERPARCEL WHICI IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT ONE YET CHEAPEST OF ATILL COSTING ME 15% of my entire order ($450 USD).

4) SHIPPING WAS OUTSOURCED TO FEDEX AND I HAD TO DO DAILY ADD-ONS TO MY BOX FOR PICK UP AND THEY KEPT ASKING FOR MORE I FORMATION EACH DAY WITHOUT WALKIG ME THROUGH IT. EMAILS BACK AND FORTH TO THE MANAGEMENT DOSNT HELO AS ALL THEY DID WAS TRY TO FOLLOW UP AND PASSIVELY SAYING SORRY FOR MY TROUBLES. TOOK ME AN ENTIRE MONTH OF FRUSTRATIONS AND 30HOURS OF MY TIME AWAY FROM REALLY IMPORTANT THINGS TO ONLY BE DIRECTED IN CALLING FEDEX OR LETTING THEM KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCT IS SHIPPED.

5) DO NOT BUY HERE EVEN IF THE PRICES ARE CHEAPER. BUY FROM WEBSITES THAT OFFER FREE SHIPPING ONLY. THEY ARENT EXPERTS OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT YOURE TRYING TI BUY ANYWAY
