I bought Self warming baby bottles off this site. When I received the product it leaked. I contacted the online store to arrange a refund and was told that I had to contact the actual bottle company not the store I bought it from. I advised that I wasn't happy with this as I had purchased it from their store and again asked for a refund as outlined in their return policy. The store then emailed me back with suggestions from the bottle company to change the teat ( the bottle only came with one!) I was further advised by the store that if I wasn't happy with the bottle company's suggestions I was to contact them not the store. Such unprofessional and poor customer service. I will never buy from that store again.
