Fantastic company and Perfect Service. Just like the 1 bad review on this site I too had a problem with the authorisation on my card. I emailed at 9pm and had a reply back within a few minutes saying they were hoping I would get in touch as my address did not match with my cards registered address which was my fault since i recently moved and the phone number i provided was a digit short.

The order was send to me after i verified my details and I received everything 2 days later.

To top this all I did not check if my buggy came with a raincover and ordered one seperatly. The customer service lady checked this with me and since I only needed 1 she refunded me for the raincover the day after the delivery of the rest of my order. From the moment I contacted them they were extremely helpful and made my experience an absolute pleasure.

My wife is seldom satisfied with the things I buy, whether it is for her or for the family. When we decided to renovate our house, I had serious concerns about her views on the furniture I had ordered for the kid’s room from justkiddingonline.

This was probably one of those times when you have luck working on your side. My wife was very happy with the new bed, the wall cabinet and the other furniture that this online store delivered to our new home. I am thankful to the friendly customer care people who helped me with choosing the right products for my home. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is in search of an online store selling kid’s furniture and other related products.

Spoke to the ladies in the shop on a number of occasions and they were very helpful and understanding. Placed my order with them as they were the most competative pries. recived my order they very next morning! Couldnt ask for better service will deffinately use them again

Shocking company, bought a chicco polly highchair before Christmas for our first child. Money was taken immediately, received a letter 2 weeks later from the company stating WE had to ring THEM to confirm the order number and that a utility bill may be required for proof of address! I don't understand why they would even need that?? Number just rang out time and time again, eventually left voicemail message to ring us back but no call came. Sent two emails requesting order is cancelled and money paid is refunded immediately! No reply, no money back, no highchair, just no clue what's going on! I for one will never use this company again as I now seem to be out of pocket for £100!

Spoke to the girls in the shop on a number of occasions. They were amazing with the level of accurate advice and recommendations. They even arranged a Price Match against a High Street Shop and delivered to me the very next day.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase baby goods.
