Ordered my wiper blades after trying and failing to get them at a couple of car part stores. I received regular email updates on my order status. The blades arrived as and when promised and fitted easily. I don't usually do reviews but really liked these guys.

We ordered wiper blades for a 2005 honda civic. Wiperblades recommended their own brand retrofit slim blades. They use a single tensioned bar to create a low profile blade - common on more modern cars. However, on arrival we found that the blade on the drivers side did not hug the windscreen properly, leaving a large streak across the drivers view directly beneath the centre of the blade.

We contacted the website, who were very prompt and friendly, and they advised to give the blades a few days to settle in. We left them for a week but unfortunately the problem persisted. We contacted them again and received a refund for the cost of the drivers side blade - though of course we were still out of pocket for delivery and price of the passenger side blade, amounting to a pretty expensive wiper blade.

Anyway, on receiving the refund I decided to have a go at making the blade fit better. It turned out to be quite easy to bend the blade, altering the fit, and after some trial and error managed to bend it in such a way that most of the blade is in contact with the windscreen, so it works OK. However this is definitely not ideal and it should work out of the box!

3 stars for company price, range and communication, losing 2 stars for recommending a product not fit for purpose.
