Shocking service from this company. I paid extra for warranty on the tyre I bought. When I tried to make a claim, which I was entitled to, they rejected it without any explanation. I chased them for weeks just to get some information for why it was refused and each time they would not tell me. Avoid using them

I recently ordered two Tomket Sport 205/55 R16 91V tyres from Tyreleaderco.uk. While placing the order was quick and easy (4 star), the rest of the experience was terrible (1 star).

Customer service was practically non-existent. Getting a response from either the delivery company or Tyreleader support itself took ages, and even then, the answers were often unhelpful or nonexistent. This was despite trying to contact them through various channels - Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and email.

Honestly, considering the positive reviews on Trustpilot, I'm surprised by how poorly my experience went. It made me question the validity of those reviews.

If you value peace of mind during the buying process, I wouldn't recommend Tyreleaderco.uk. While I tried to save some money, the hassle I went through makes me wish I'd paid more elsewhere.

I've never received anything sheet paying, the support said I have received the order, but the delivery company send a proof of the opposite, the order returned to sender. I don't know what to do because this is ridiculous.

Avoid. Their website looks nice, says tyres are in stock. You pay and you donot receive them. They give you a tracking number that doesnt work. Their customer service is ZERO, and if you do get a response, they lie just to fob you off.

They try to look like they are operating in the u.k but articles ive read state they are not in the uk.

Also, If you do get a response from customer services their names are not English. So buy tyres from here at your perril. If you do use a credit card so you can raise a dispute, but DONOT USE.....

Avoid !!!! Don't buy anything from these people which are based in andora. Andora law might won't secure your purchase as far as you in uk and eu countries !!!!! High risk you can loose your money and your time !!!!! We purchased two tyres for over 400 euro, as we were told tyres should be delivered between 2-4 working days it is never happend !!! Few days after purchase we have received dpd tracking number which can't be recognised by dpd customer desk and we were told at dpd the tracking number is invalid. We have contact this poor service company to explain this situation but we just received from them tracking number which is more likely fake, and no explanations about delivery time, their customer desk doiesnt exist, we have just only few message from them and they stop reply, we have noticed some people working in their office is leaving fake good feedback at some websites, t you have been warned they behave themselves like scammers, we have been in touched with some tyre service in ireland recommended by theri websites and all feedback was bad!! These tyre service points have nothing to do with them!!! We have contact and open case in our bank service provider to cancell payment and refund us money we have spent at this purchase, don't loose your time and money, they have a realy bad feedback !!!!! I would save few euros to buy these tyres in their poor online shop but im gonna to loose much more now, beware of them !!!! They buying tyres in third party companies and they just give out your names on receipt, they send me tracking number which is invalid and cannot be recognized by dpd system as follow dpd customer desk we have been calling few times, they are pure liers!!! I was told at many times at tyre service in dublin, tyre service they avoid you as much as they can do and they never been working with you as you have a realy bad reputation, they advised me to choose different company instead of you for next time, you are not trustfull i still have full history message with these people which can be shared with anyone, just ask me to send you a copy of message with them to show you how tricky and risky business they have. Where is my tyres?  give my money back is all i need !!!!

Placed an order for a tyre to be delivered to a fitter listed on the Tyreleader in March ‘23. The tyre was never delivered to the fitter as the company doesn’t appear to be operating from the listed premises. Tyreleader removed the fitter from their website and refuse to replace or refund the missing tyre. After 3 months they are telling me I have to take it up with their shipper to try and get compensation. Any other online retailer would refund or replace the missing product, not pass the responsibility on to a customer to liaise with their shipper. Nobody to speak to, all customer service is by WhatsApp or via their web portal. Worst experience from an online retailer. Avoid

I still have not received my tyre which I ordered on 21 April - 2.5 weeks ago!! tyreleader sent me the wrong tyre and I filed the ticket for this 12 days ago, and since then tyreleader have told me nothing about the correct tyre being sent, only empty promises that "customer care will respond to you in 24-48 hours" - FALSE ! I have sent many messages on their website and also emails with all the pictures requested, a ticket filed on the website, EVERYTHING, and still NOTHING from this company but empty promises. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and UNLAWFUL to do business like this!

Wrong tyres supplied but will not respond to online messaging ticket system. No phone number but there is Whatsapp messaging which only achieves stalling replies of 'We will reply ASAP'. Have initiated chargeback, which seems the only way of getting a refund. I have used this company before, they do get 5 stars when it works, but when there is a problem then you are on your own. You have been warned - use at your own risk.

WORSE COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH. 

Communication is non existing. Had to try and contact via the new sales team 19 times to find out about a warranty claim I had submitted on a tyre that was only 3 months old. Was rejected with no explanation. Then after 19 times I was given a fabricated excuse of alignment causing the issues. Despite having evidence all wheels were aligned at the time of fitting. I paid extra for this warranty service.

Never known such a incompetent shambles of pure ignorance from a company that I will now never use again!

Absolutely shocking service and customer service!!

Ordered tyres and alloys on the same day, they shipped the tyres and cancelled alloys. I placed another order for alloys, which ended up being wrong so i cancelled the order to be told that i had to wait to refuse delivery because they had already shipped (this wasnt even 24hours after the order was placed). I refused delivery and the tracking information showed when the alloys returned to their warehouse.. it is now 7 weeks since then and i still havent recieved my refund!!!! Their customer service is sending emails in languages I don't understand.. i placed a chargeback request with revolut that they declined with no reason as to why.. i have now taken the matter to a legal root...This has caused so much frustration to resolve and the fact they can't even pick up the phone to have a conversation with me is so disrespectful!! Keep your Money and shop elsewhere... not worth any of the business!! shocking!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE SHADY PRACTICE GOING ON

I'm not going to sit at home all week hoping something is going to turn up.

You gave me a 15-digit tracking number. The TUFFNELLS website is asking for a 16-digit number.

I finally find one email address in Portugal, you reply to me telling me to submit a ticket on a website that has 100% no way of submitting a ticket, AFTER I give you notice that there is no such thing available on your website. I tell you this, and I get a fob off reply one liner about ''we will call you''

You never called.

So I just spent 36 hours stuck home waiting with no information whatsoever, website is designed like a dead end. I'll use polite terms and describe that as massive room for improvement.

In hindsight I should have read the reviews from other website pointing exactly at what I just wrote.

Never again.
