I ordered a window switch for my car recently. It arrived in good time but was the wrong part...either for a different model or year.

I phoned and explained and was asked to email pictures of inside of my car and part sent , which I did. A week went by and heard nothing so called back. They told me they hadn't received the email so the guy asked me to call back later as the person I needed to deal with would be available. I called back later but no reply.

I then sent the email again and I got a response saying the pic wasn't clear.when I replied suggesting I was being strung along I then received a load of abuse and that I was an idiot for querying something that cost 10 pounds! I asked for refund and got more abuse. I eventually received refund when I reported them to Parts gateway. . Which is how I ordered it

I got a quick delivery of the part ordered, unfortunately it was not the exact heater motor for my vehicle. after phoning them was asked to email pictures of my motor which I did. unfortunately their response was not as quick as I thought it should be. but since then they have been very helpful in trying to rectify my problem.

I would recommend them to friends, price of parts was excellent.

ordered the part it came quick but was not the correct part I wanted, an ignition barrel with key ,the key was not the type I needed to swap into my key fob so it would work with the transponder in my car so I phoned campbelltown and they said send a email with picture of key which I did but heard nothing back phoned again and they said have not looked at email yet and would phone back but heard nothing phoned back again and was told boss not here phoned again and was told they will phone back in ten minutes, next time will phone back in an hour and so on they did not phone back at all and am stuck with a part which is useless to me.

Sourced all the parts I required for a Citroen Saxo Desire at a really competitive price. Excellent customer service and response to messages was quick, responsive and knowledgeable.

Ordered the parts PM 11th December 2013 and they were dispatched the next morning.

Would thoroughly recommend this Company to my colleagues and friends and if I need French vehicle spares in the future this is the Organisation that I would ask first.
