I entered my reg on the website to identify the appropriate part for my car. I was presented with the options, I purchased the part. When I tried to fit the part it did not fit my car. I contacted the company, they did not accept any liability for their part finder filter presenting the incorrect part and will not refund or replace the item. What a short sighted view on customer service. I will never order from here again.

Ordered brake discs and pads on 12-09-22 and still hadn't arrived by 21-09-22 so I e-mailed them - they are blaming their courier but are unable to trace the parts or say when/if they will be delivered - since the car is off the road waiting for these parts I e-mailed on 22-09-22 and asked for a refund so I can buy the parts elsewhere - they are refusing to refund as they say my order has been dispatched - so now I'm stuck with no parts and a car that won't pass a MoT - if I go out a buy another set of discs and pads and the original order turns up I've wasted a lot of money but if I don't I can't use the car - I certainly won't use Buycarparts again - I've asked PayPal for a refund and awaiting their reply

Three weeks now and still no delivery. It turns out that "BuyCarParts Great Britain" ships everything from overseas. Customer services have not been that helpful. My car still needs new brakes. I would not recommend them.

Dreadfull company, the reason their parts are cheap because they are not proper parts. I put in all the correct details and they sent not only 1 wrong part but 2 wrong parts. Then you have to pay postage to return their mistakes, but after speaking to others it seems to be a thing. If they keep sending out parts that are not correct without any Checking they should accept responsibility and pay for refunds

I have never experienced a service as bad as this. A company that when you buy an item, treat you like they are doing you a favour. - After a 2 week delivery delay, they refunded me. - However, no contact on delays and a different excuse from each adviser that I would call and ask for any update (basically telling me they can't do anything) - They finally refunded me! - They then claimed the item got delivered, said they had confirmation from the courier (parcelforce). Having confirmed with parcel force (after I contacted them directly) there is no proof of delivery or a signature as I wasn't even at home... - Buycarparts then sent me numerous threats including telling me they will go to debt recovery! lol for an item they haven't delivered and that they don't have a proof of delivery for!!! Without a doubt the worst customer experience I could imagine and have informed everyone I know! Will post further reviews on these guys, incredibly poor

buyer beware here lie dragons ordered 5 lots of parts. None of what I ordered, "our experts have replaced...blah blah" Didn't ask, just sent me any old rubbish they had in stock and over charged me for the safety net when I had specifically not paid for it. false names of customer service to make them appear english. Run! there are other suppliers

This is a German , with a rubbish/terrible transport. Should of pay that extra 10-20 % increase, on other website that are from uk or have better services.

Not a UK company! Do not buy thinking this is a UK based company and your spares will come from UK. It is an Auto Doc clone and you could be faced with a huge bill to return any incorrect parts. Also do not trust the website to give the correct parts for your registration or car details it is very bad!

Worst car part dealers in UK. Maybe you can get a bit cheaper parts. But all the trouble starts when you need to return them and get your money back, especially when they supplied faulty part. Had to wait more than 6 month to get my money back for faulty ECU control unit. Had to write about 30 emails asking what's happening with refund to them and every time they get back to me there was different person writing me telling that part is being sent for inspection and didn't told me how long it will take. After nearly a year received my money for faulty part, but didn't receive a compensation for labour for fitting faulty part. Please avoid that company if you can and don't want to waist your time and money. There is plenty much better car part dealers in UK. Thanks

They are not a UK company so do not understand the difference between Left Hand Drive and Right Hand Drive. On their website the items are described as for Right Hand Drive, but as they are not a UK company they supply Left Hand Drive products, which for an oil filter is fine, but not for Headlights! The car failed the MOT because they had supplied the wrong part, and refused to help solve the issue. So beware, they do not understand RHD and LHD. Their website still advertises the products as RHD, but are actually LHD.

They will not refund damaged goods - I sent pictures of the damaged a/c condenser in its package, they offered 80% refund, I refused, they refuse to refund and 'close the claim'. Do not use this company.

Ordered a new Headlight thinking it was from a UK company but they are base din Germany and sent me a light for a LEFT HAND drive vehicle . Fitted the light but then the car failed its MOT as the light beam was incorrect. Buycarparts say its my mistake as I should have checked using the VIN number . They are refusing to take the part back and refund me as they say I have altered or repaired the part!! All I have done is fitted it and removed it again. Got to be the worst company and customer services I have ever dealt with.

Absolute disgrace. Ordered parts that were in stock and was told 4-5 working days for delivery, this I've now been told will be more like 8-10 working days. The tracking number still says they haven't received my items after 5 days. I called them and several times they said the items had been handed to the transport company but then told me they didn't hand it over until the day after, on a Saturday which I had already been told they only work on weekdays. If I had known this company was run by Autodoc there is no way in hell I would have used them as I have had the same problems before, which I reviewed and they tried to have taken down several times. Avoid like the plague!

They have a reputation of telling you the part is ok for your car when it is not customer service is there to tell you tough luck basically and nothing else Take my advice and many others and avoid like the plague. Do not use ever. A subsidiary of autodoc. Has to be the worst ever parts company in the world! Ordered an ac compressor in september last year at £400+ that didn't work straight out of the box. They even argued with an ac specialist who installed the compressor to the letter and still it didn't work i the had 17, yes 17 operatives try to sort the problem without a result. Today 25/03/20 i receive an email advising me that my warranty claim was not upheld and that i'm still awaiting the part to be returned. do not use  if there was a negative star rating above then this company would get it! Again i implore you not to use!

Parts come from Germany and the website filter does not work for UK vehicle registration numbers meaning that all the parts shown as compatible are not, I only realised this after the incorrect parts were delivered... After extensive correspondence, the company will not admit an error with their system and will not pay for the return postage, which from the UK is £30! Terrible customer service. Be very careful!

BUYERS BEWARE !!!! REFUND ISSUES... Buyers beware !!!! currently waiting on the outcome of a set of shock absorbers sent to me supposedly for a chevrolet matiz the items are not a matching pair of shock absorbers, and are 2 inches too short compared to the original items, I have sent them pictures and currently they are saying the items have been damaged, I removed the strapping to compare with the original shock absorbers, and there are a few marks noricable on the shock abosrber body which i think would have been on there from the manufacturing process. looks like I am stuck with a set of shock absorbers which are not suitable for my car and no chance of refund. certainly wont be buying off these again please pass on these details to anyone thinking of ordering off this company as they supply wrong parts, and will not refund...

I ordered some Febi Bilstein rear drop links for a Honda Civic (shown as in stock on their website) and paid £8.45 postage expecting a prompt delivery. One week later I finally receive delivery of some drop links made by a company called Stark that I have never heard of. The parts will fit the car but look like cheap alternatives whereas the Febi Bilstein ones look like O.E parts, which is why I ordered them. While researching this brand online it transpires from various forums that this is a common ruse used by this company who are based in Germany and trade under a number of names such as Onlinecarparts.co.uk, Autodoc.co.uk and buycarparts.co.uk.

Be careful with their shipping service which is most important aspects. They say and charge you that they are going use DHL for shipping but after that they deliver to local goverment postal service for cutting their operating costs. Until here it seems okay right!!!! I am almost everday sending emails and complaints about my order number 25793104 on 26.11.2019 and still did not arrive. I paid total of 334.17 Pounds for this worst service and they charge me 106.99 for shipping. They send emails from buycarparts.co.uk and Autodoc.co.uk.All emails that they are sending have the same response not any solutions "We checking and we are waiting response from our investigation department" for shut my mouth. They operate from Germany and no one knows where is my shipping package. 2 Brembo brakes and brake pads. I will sue you guys. Give me one reason for giving you 5 stars.
