Be Careful Of Deception
ALSO PART OF AUTODOC, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR ITEMS THEY DON'T HAVE, THEN MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BY USING DELAY TACTICS, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. BEWARE OF THE CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT TRICK OR TINY% DISCOUNT. USE YOUR LOCAL MOTOR PARTS COMPANY AND GET HONESTY AND INTEGRITY

Very Poor Customer Service
Their managers live in Ivory Towers and will not return calls. I made an innocent mistake with my order because I mistakenly thought there were two shock absorbers because the description had twin in it. When the item arrived after I paid 156.62 Pounds Sterling for shipment, I reached out to the company. They offered me a 3% discount which I refused but asked if they would consider some concession toward the shipment of the second part. Each time I called, I was told that a manager would contact me. It took two weeks before I realized they had no intention of returning my call. When I called, an agent told me that to have a manager call me back would take 7 business days. Is that a way to treat a frustrated customer?

Couldn't Care Less
Parts were incorrect for my vehicle even though they were bought by using the reg to check compatibility. When discovered they refused to refund as I'd not sent them my VIN !!!! (Was never asked to) Wish I'd checked their reputation on here and elsewhere as they're an unpopular company. Story - My car was being serviced by a small village garage who don't mind the customer buying their own parts when the error was discovered and so they had to buy the correct parts which were very expensive. By buying through BestPartStore I've had to pay twice,once for the incorrect parts and once for the correct but at an exorbitant rate. When I contacted them they didn't want to know. In a just world they'd be out of business.

Dont Get Into This Trap
My experience was really bad. I ordered brake pads and discs for my Audi Q7-2015. My order was from "Brembo" brand products and their sales persons pushed me to buy other products offering 3 years warranty. The quality of products were so poor as follows
1. One of the front brake disc was not fitting properly.
2. Front brake pads were not suitable for my car. Car chasis number was sent to the company to confirm prior to payment.
3. Rear brake pads are so noisy.
Last month, I sent all information to them claim for warranty and compensation. They always gave silly reasons and turned down my request.
Not Recommended!!
Seemed good price, but using the .co.uk makes you believe you are ordering from a UK based company, they are actually in Germany
Received error messages after first 2 payments, and finally used Paypal.
Bank statement showed all 3 payments had been made, and goods still not dispatched so I cancelled order

Overall Very Pathetic
I ordered parts and on the website it says 4-5 days delivery time. I dint get any email 5 days later. I emailed everyday for the next 5 days and got irrelevant replies 2 days later from every email. On the 11th day from my payment date they email me saying there was a system error that could not process the order. Why would a system take 11 days to detect this. I asked for a refund and I have still not got it 3 days going, I hope i get my money back.......!!!!
Dont Touch With Barge Pole
cancelled order 2hrs after ordered , having found out its a German website that give impression its uk site. no reply to email, next day email telling me it had been dispatched. i asked why, reply was they didnt get email it might have gone to their spam box. advice was just refuse parcel and it will be sent back to them. did as i was told and refused and driver took back to depot. emailed to ask for refund as i had never touched parcel. then two days later they told me parcel had been delivered and sighed fitita my name is evans. then told me after two more days i would have to wait till it got back to warehouse so they could inspect it. even though id not touch it.so as of today 21st june 18 nearly a week after it was sent back, its on its way to germany but still have to wait for it to arrrive. thought German firms were efficient .this must be the exception to the rule.do not touch with a barge pole.

Rude Unhelpfull Support Staff. Ambigious Website
Ambiguous website. Rude, inept, support staff. I have NEVER left bad feedback ever anywhere. I have always been able to resolve any issues I have encountered with no fuss. But dealing with this lot is a nightmare. They are rude and have tried to run me around in circles when I have email logs of exactly what they have said, in order to back up and prove the issues I have with them

Terrible Service And Robbery
I wanted to orderonline, but then thought I would phone the order through. I spoke to sales and the salesman took the order and said it will be with me in 3 (three) working days as the parts were urgently needed. I ordered the parts on the 11/01/201. I got a confirmation that UPS had recieved the parcel on the 15/01/2018. Today Tuesday 16/01/2018 that delivery will take place on the 18/01/2018.
I phone the office and a lady told me it takes normally 3 days to assemble the order and 3 days for delivery.
Then they got this pledge thing where you get your money back once you return the old parts. The salesman said it would normally cost around £9, but on checking the weight of 16.8kg, It will likely cost me more to send it. I can't understand why they need your old parts back. Daylight robbery again.
I would've liked to know the truth.
People say the Germans are on the ball, they just forgot to say Roller Balls. They don't knowwhich direction they're going.

Did you contact them. They do tend to keep your money for the next time you order. I got my refund shortly after I contacted them. So no problem there. The only problem iI had was to send back the brake calipers that cost me about a tenner, which you must take into consideration. So delivery charges work out quite expensive
