no communications and when i tried to modify my order as they said theres a problem i get no response and now my order is on hold and has been for some time with no refund and no progress on my order the email response is like its from someone who doesn't understand English Dont use , so bad !!!

This is the first time I've ever written a complaint but Just4canvas has the worst costumer service of any company I've dealt with. I contacted them last Thursday questioning why my canvas had been marked as "completed" when I hadn't received it. They replied and said that there was an issue with delivery and said it'd be delivered in 3-5 working days (therefore should have it by tomorrow at the l...atest). I replied and asked that they follow this up with the courier as it was crucial that I received the canvas by this Wednesday (tomorrow). There is no number to call so I sent 5 additional messages asking for someone to please phone me so we could ensure I received the canvas in time. I finally got a message today saying its not their fault its the fault of the courier and that I can expect it in 4 to 5 working days (no phone call or anything). And now as I'm writing this they've responded again saying that they don't offer telephone service and that it was in fact a problem caused by the production line (and not the courier). I'd just like to thank you for ruining the one suprise I had for my Partners 30th birthday. Can you please cancel my order and refund my money.

Ordered 9 days ago, still nothing has arrived. Was told 3 days to deliver. Can't call them as they have no phone line, just online chat. Person was rude, fobbing off my query, and never apologised or gave any explanation. They have taken my money and not supplied me with my order. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS, THEY ARE ALL CONS!
