UK digital are making up every conceivable excuse as to why they are delaying refunding for a FAULTY camera accessory. It is now over three weeks - and I have just received another message of excuses.

To make matters worse they insist the faulty part works - this is to avoid refunding the return postage.

Oh yes they will talk down to you, treating you like an idiot who doesn't know how to use a piece of kit!!

BEWARE!! and don't expect a refund for faulty goods.

Having looked around for days on end and told by other shops that products were in stock only to find that it was not the case at all, so when I saw that UK Digital had the stock in I decided to ring them just to check as I had been let down by the other shops. They confirmed that it was actually on their shelves and had a five year warranty included to boot. While on the phone I asked a few questions about the camera and they came across as very knowledgeable. I ordered on their web site and it arrived next day so very happy.

Awful Customer Service

After ordering a Sony a7iii battery I was informed I would have to pay an extra £12 delivery as I am not in Mainland UK! Since when was Scotland separated? UK digital had no compromise and were unwilling to fulfil the order in any way or even split the postage cost.

So £18 delivery for a small Sony camera battery!

This company really needs to look at it's processes/customer services and think hard if they want to gain and keep new customers!

Ordered a Panasonic TZ90, no problems with delivery etc, but after 2 months camera wouldn't charge. Contacted them to be told sometime those batteries run too low to accept a charge. I either need a new battery or an external charger. They were going to charge!! for either or both. Unbelievable. Am now going through the hassle with Panasonic and am having a similar poor customer service. Don't buy off the net, buy from a shop.

I wanted to order the Batis 18mm lens, but I had a creditcard limit which I couldnt validate the purchase. The support always answerd me within 24 hours and tried to help me as fast as possible. When I finally authorized the purchase, they shipped it as fast as possible and within 2 working days it arrived in the Netherlands. My experience has been really positive and I could recommend it to everyone. Prices are good, good support, fast shipping, I dont know what else you want more.

I ordered a Samyang 12mm lens for Sony. Destination was Austria.

The lens was sent out by UK Digital very soon and I received it very fast without any problems.

The lens it self has a very good quality in view of the cheep price.

I definitly would buy again at UK Digital.

Customer service is very excellent, as well when I ordered they process the order very quick. The product is value for the money and good quality.
