Excitedly told me son I'd ordered him this book which was listed as available at PCS Books. Had paid and got confirmation, then 2 days later got my PayPal payment refunded with the message "NOT IN STOCK". No personal message, no apology. I think it might be a drop shipper or something.

This website is great, i was a little bit worry because of some bad reviews which I read before I bought their books. I ordered £40 of books, great price for 18 books, they came after 4 days, very happy. I have to write this review because there are so many bad reviews but my experience with them was great

Bought a set of books said in stock for my nieces christening had email confirmation and then email to say dispatched a few days later only to get another email saying sorry for the inconvenience but this item was not in stock as they couldn't source... Well for me that's not helpful if it's not in stock don't say it is now I have no gift and it's too late to get that particular book set in time worst company set up I have ever come across.. Although their email was polite..

I found Snazal via Google and was dubious about using them as the prices seemed to be too good to be true. I searched for reviews and found a pretty mixed bag.

I decided to give them a go and I'm pleased I did. The books were ordered late on Friday night and delivered (free) on Tuesday morning.

The website gives you an update at each point from processing to despatch, complete with tracking number for delivery.

I can't fault the product or experience in any way and I shall definitely use them again in the future.

This is an excellent website to buy books from. They sell to shops but give to the public if you pay the postage charge which is more cheaper then Amazon. So its a win win situation.
