After a week of waiting for my order, I decided to call them up. They then informed me that my order has not even shipped yet, because they were busy and have waited for some of the items to be in stock. That is all well and good if you only informed the customer of the issues, otherwise I think it is a bad testimony to say that one will receive their goods in so many days and then not fulfill it. Furthermore, when I called they also told me that it wasn't even going out today (Friday) but would now go out probably on Monday, so my delivery will go even further back through no fault of my own. I regularly buy books, but this will be my first and last time that I order from 10ofthose, due to their incompetence to deliver and their unethical attitude to not inform their customers.

Really love the reliability of this company. You can trust all the resources they sell. The team are great at giving ideas or suggesting suitable titles for your occassion of need. And to top it all the prices are fantastic - Their offers keep me coming back!
