I bought a pair of shoes for myself and two for my bridesmaids and all I can say is it was great great great. Fast delivery and great selection. Perfect quality too and so friendly! Will be back for party shoes soon!

Ordered shoes beginning of March still have not received them. Sent numerous emails no response eventually got an email to say out of stock but had them in again and would be with me within 2 days. Another week on still have not received them. Asked for a refund and no response to email. Awful customer service, here is hoping they cancel my order.

Please avoid using this company. I have been chasing a refund for wedding shoes I retuned months ago and they have never processed my refund and will not respond to any of my e-mails, conveniently they have no phone number that I can call!! Avoid at all costs.

I found a Beautuful pair of shoes in a department store that I wanted for my wedding but they did not have my half size. I Looked online and found the bridal store with the same shoes in my size for £10 less than in store with free delivery. I had left my order a little late so needed a eta so I used the website to ask a question and received a quick response. My shoes arrived quicker than promised (5 days later) beautifully packaged! Very pleased with purchase!

I had nothing but trouble returning shoes ordered. No returns label . Returns then sent to a different address. They were quick enough to take my money but took weeks to process a refund . Very disappoint with the service. Not worth the hassle look elsewhere .

I ordered my wedding shoes online for convenience, they arrived promptly and we're really well packaged so were in perfect condition when I they arrived. I ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly, heel height is just right, not too high. I can't wait to wear them now!

Great speedy delivery. However, ordered a size 6 and was sent a 7. Returned and emailed the company, very good customer service, size 6 couriered to me and arrived next day and refund being made on the postage back. Nicki was very helpful and corrected the error very quickly. Looking forward to wearing them!

Great service from the Bridal Store but unfortunately I had to return the beautiful headdress as it was just too big and kept slipping over my eyes every time I put my head down! Just awaiting my refund and wouldn't have a problem with ordering another item from them.

I had trouble purchasing these shoes and the Bridal store had them and even though they were plagued by floods got the shoes to me. I telephoned to see if they actually had them and the staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the product and delivery times. All in all I would use the Bridal store again and definately recommend them to anyone who needs a bridal store. The only thing I would like to see is confirmation that the item required is definateley in stock.

I mailed the info address to enquire whether a size of shoe was in stock, no reply.. Needed to have them to get them dyed to match my wedding outfit . I ordered, received shoes and bag but shoes didn't fit. Having returned them by return, for a bigger size, two weeks on I have heard nothing, despite a further email. SO, GIVEN UP WAITING For shoes and gone to john Lewis where they arrived within 24 hours. Still waiting to hear about a refund. And there's no number to call. I may end up at trading standards to get a refund at this rate.

there were lots of shoes to pick from,I found just the pair I wanted. the service was very good and the goods arrived on time. I have returned the shoes to be dyed so now I am waiting for them to be returned to me.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the bridal store, there was a delay in delivering them as they were waiting on the supplier. when i emailed them about this I recieved a reply the same day aplolgising and offering me a refund or discount, i took the discont and the shoes then arrives when they said, they are beautiful and great quaility. Very happy and i would definatly use them again
