Warning to others. Should you buy a dress from this company and it does not fit properly and you wish to return it, it is a nightmare! No reply, 6 weeks to even get a return address from them and that was only when I final agreed to a 60% refund. I didn't want the dress and just wanted rid. Have learnt a lesson here. I hope none of you make the same mistake. Stay well clear

Can I ask how you eventually got a 60% refund? They just won't listen to me. The dress doesn't fit at all and is way too long and my daughter is tall for her age!
