Excellent Customer Service

After months of trailing around the shops to find a perfect pair of shoes to wear to a friends wedding I came across Girls Of Elegance via a google search...
They have the largest selection imaginable and after ordering 3 different pairs of shoes (as I couldn't decide which ones) they were delivered to me within a matter of days !!
I then called their number and explained that I would be returning 2 pairs after deciding which ones to keep and was told that this was fine and I would be refunded onto my card as soon as they received the parcel and it had been checked.
I am happy to say this was done as promised and I love my shoes which are as beautiful as they looked on the website.
I would highly recommend this company for their friendly and efficient service.
