“Terrible after sales service”

They had a great range and offered a good dyeing service. The lady that i initially spoke to before placing my order was very helpful. Sadly the shoes i ordered did not fit, so i returned them for a replacement. The money for the replacement shoes was taken immediately ( over 3 weeks ago)but still no sign of the shoes, when i phoned, i was told they would be here within 2 working days, 4 days later still no sign, i called and they said another 2 working days (heard that before), the shoes i returned have been back with them for 3 weeks, i STILL have not received the refund, and was told (and is stated on their website) they take up to 10 working days for it to be issued and a further 3 working days for it to be in my bank (if i am correct makes thier timescale 13 working days) its now the 15th working day and still no sign of the refund! SO, i have paid for 2 pairs of shoes, that they have had for over 3 weeks, and they have had my money for. Im STILL waiting for my refund and my new ordered shoes. I have my dress fitting in 2 days, so I'm not really very happy. :( If Girls of Elegance after sales service was as good as their pre sales service they would have got 5 stars, the 2 stars are for the service I received before i ordered, the after sales service is minus stars!!! bottom line is....make sure you know what you order is 100% correct, if not you will be in for a shed load of hassle, waiting time, e-mails and phone calls. I am still waiting for my matter to be resolved!!!
