I was after buzzers for a church event akin to Britain's Got Talent. What TopToyBox had to offer was exactly what I required and at a price which was extremely competitive. Ordering was straightforward and delivery - in minimalist packaging - was prompt. I was advised by email of the progress of my order. I could not have been more pleased!

Having never come across this company before, I didn't have any great expectations. But they stocked a particular product I wanted at a great price. Before purchasing I wanted to check the price wouldn't rise within the near future so emailed the annonymous customer service address. Here's where I was pleasantly surprised - not only did I get a prompt, personalised response, but I was also given an honest response about a planned price rise, with advice on how to avoid it. Following on from this, I received another email which was even more personal, commenting on how much they hoped my children would enjoy their new toy. When I had queries about postage and delivery (which wasn;t clear on the website), I was again given a prompt response with truly useful information. A great team behind this web site which seems to sell some beautiful children's toys at truly competitive prices.

Product arrived quickly and packaged well. The product was good quality and a good price. I would of prefer postage to be by royal mail rather than a courier service just for ease of collection if not in when parcel arrived but am very happy with the company.

An excellent service... The items were high quality brand and considerably cheaper than other competitors ...my daughter's original birthday gift was delayed (not through top toy box) and I needed to get something else quickly... In my rush I gave the wrong info in my order ... Top toy box got back to me straight away which enabled me to sort things out and receive the items I had ordered the next day... They even spoke to the courier for me so that the box wasn't sent to a depot if I wasn't home... I received a quality and unique service, for an online company, and would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a multi piece toy box for a work camp sing song. This was purchased during the bank holiday week so limited time for delivery. I contact the customer care departments and they kept me updated and ensured I received the items on time using a courier company and also liaising with them throughout the delivery period. Bought this for my great niece who really enjoys playing with all the different instruments. Everything is well made. I would recommend this for all young children to play with.

I ordered 3 toys from Toybox - all were of excellent quality (two B toys and one Melissa and Doug toy) and better priced than other websites (including Amazon) and arrived on the day that they said they would. Seller was very helpful and prompt in responding to a concern I had regarding an initial hitch with one toy (turned out to be nothing other than replacing the demo batteries). Bought 2 card games (Sleeping Queens and Rat-a-tat-Cat) for my daughter's 7th birthday from TopToyBox (TTB). Couldn't find item on the high street, so went on-line. TTB were the best price option (even with delivery costs). The website was easy to navigate, with items listed in groups that meant looking for ideas was easy. This is always handy when a birthday falls so close to Christmas (all the good ideas have been taken by Santa!) Went for standard delivery and items arrived within the next few days. No issues with delivery, payment or product quality. All in all good service and I have already recommended them to a friend!
