We have been looking for some time at buying our kids the Bigjigs Village Shop. There were a number of places that we found it online, but after calling Wooden Toys Online and speaking to Gill, we decided to place our order with them. Gill was very knowledgeable, the price was as good as we could find online, and the delivery arrived the next day. What more could we ask for? We would recommend them to anybody.

I visited The Toy Den last week looking for a present for my young son. It was like walking into Santa's Workshop! They have a fantastic range of wooden toys, the prices were very reasonable and the service offered by the lady who worked in the shop was great. She was able to offer me some really good advice on what best sellers were which was great.

I found the website easy to use and easy to find what I wanted. I am particularly pleased with the wooden roadway that I purchased to connect to my son's wooden railway collection as well as the beautifully personalised wooden stool that I bought as a gift. Delivery was a fair price and quick for the wooden roadway. The personalised stool took a couple of weeks for delivery but that is stated clearly at the time of purchase. I will gladly recommend to friends and family.

The Wooden Toy Catalogue (TWTC) has been marvellous as my nephew loves his wooden train set, although my sister hopes that one day she will get her living room floor back. The product range is huge and ever expanding, so there is always something to catch the eye when you are short of present ideas. TWTC have always been helpful from my first contact asking whether their range was compatible with Brio's range, yes they are, to when I have mucked up an order. They also took time to explain the quality testing their products go through, always a worry when buying for children. TWTC isn't just trains of course, my niece has had her share of presents although she likes playing with her brother's trains just as much as he does.

Bought a fantastic wooden train set and table from Wooden Toys Online last week Arrived within 3 days. All the pieces are compatible with the other wooden railway items that my son already has. Great value for money and great service.

I found Wooden Toys Online to be a really helpful company. I ordered some toys on Tuesday and needed them for a birthday today. I phoned them and they got them to me yesterday so that they were here in time. The products are really nice quality and as described/photographed on their site. I would highly recommend them.
