I've been having my orders sent to my door for the last six months or so. They arrive bagged, free from folds, and in a pretty sharp Forbidden Planet sleeve.

I only wish they're arrive quicker but that's more my anticipation for what's happening rather then the level of service that's provided.

Any time I've gone into the store in London the staff have been well informed and helpful.
