Made two separate orders and received an email telling me it had all been shipped together a few days later, so far so good. Received my order with only some of the items then got an email telling me the missing item had only just been shipped even though the first email told me it had all been shipped together on the 14/12/16. Quite annoyed considering p&p isn't cheap and I was was told it had all been shipped when it hadn't. The missing item is a Christmas present and now I won't be able to give it to my boyfriend as I'll be gone by the time it arrives.
