I am extremely disappointed with this service. I made my order 2 weeks and, and only TODAY (!) it has been dispatched.

It was intended as a present, and given the late dispatch and 2nd class delivery service, it isn't likely to arrive in time. Had I known, I would have shopped elsewhere, as I will be in the future.
