“Waste of time pre-ordering ”

Ordered a few things in June including a pre-order item due in July , September now and still no sign of it , Expected date on the website changed twice then to no stock. No reply to my email asking what was happening with there stock. Cancelled order and got it next day delivery from amazon for only £1 more and only a few hours after i cancelled the forbidden planet order they told me they had stock but was re-allocated as i had cancelled my order , Rubbish

May order again if item is in stock but wont be pre-ordering anything again
