I saw an advert in an anime/manga magazine advertising Eye on Asia so I decided to have a look on the website and immediately wanted to purchase some figurines. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. I selected priority delivery so I was expecting correspondence by the next day but I got no response. I did get a bit anxious so I sent them a message on Facebook to find out whether it had been dispatched. Someone from the team promptly contacted me to inform me that my order was out for delivery. That's good customer service. Within 2 days my order was delivered. The packaging was excellent and kept the boxes secure without damaging them during transit. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I will recommend this company to my friends.
