I ordered at WTS tickets for a Rolling Stones concert in London scheduled for July 2013. I intended to leave earlier for the trip so asked for an earlier delivery. WTS can only deliver 5 days before a venue! So I asked to deliver to my address in London (hotel). We agreed all that in writing. So I went to London for a longer weekend and I have seen nothing!!! Tickets were not delivered and I was not able to call them on the concert day as during a weekend they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Can you believe that? A business based on events taking place mostly during weekends have got no hot line or whatsoever during weekend days. WTS showed my a shipping note signed by somebody in Hotel (unreadable signature) and say they did their job. I have asked for my tickets in the hotel 10 x day. Now I have been discussing with them my claim to cover cost of tickets, travel etc. So far no excusses and no results.
Be careful if you use the Service!!!

Why are you giving WTS such a low rating? They got the tickets delivered in time and have proof of that. It's the fault of the hotel and that's who you should be giving one star to. Are you 100% sure that a hotel employee didn't use them?
