I went to the site and bought tickets to a show at the Rosemont in Chicago. I mistakenly did not change the default quantity to 2, so the transaction went through as 6 tickets. Within minutes I had contacted Vivid seats via chat to explain my mistake, however they told me I was out of luck, the only thing I could do was re-list the 4 seats I didn't want. I called and pleaded with a supervisor, but the same response. This policy is terrible! They hide behind a terms and conditions screen and don't have any interest in actually servicing their customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Sorry you had to go through all that. My fiancee and I have had it with them! Never again! I filed a complaint through Chicago's BBB for a full refund. The company is registered in Chicago.Try that... I'll post an update.
