Awesome Customer Service- Easy Buy - Affordable Tickets!

I was trying to find tickets for te Miranda Lambert concert at PNC in NJ. I searched everywhere and pretty much had to pay out my nose for decent seats. I couldn't get lower section 2 seats together directly. On other sites these tix were expensive.... people really taking advantage and more than doubling the price.
A friend at work told me about tis site. She said she uses it a lot. I was able to get AWESOME seats that included many extras for under 100.00 ea even with fees and tax!!! I thought I had an issue with the web site so I chose to use the "chat now" to resolve it. The issue was my misunderstanding but the rep Charles was more than helpful. He also waived a fee for me to try to accommodate my own misunderstanding!! How awesome is that!!
He even called me to process my order and make sure everything was ok.
I am finally going to see one of the artists I have on my bucket list MIRANDA LAMBERT!! I am so excited and Vivid Seats will be the place I go first from now on.
Nice to have a company appreciate that times are hard and people just can't do what they used to anymore.
