I understand the business model is to make money and to get your name at the top of internet search results. But paying two and a half times more for tickets that are still available from the original ticket outlet that didn't show up in the google search for ticket outlets and then refusing to refund the tickets with exorbitant extra fees only hours, overnight, after realizing my ticket search mistake, has me offended. Those kind of add on costs might seem reasonable in a sold out show but not when regular tickets are still available.The difference: 2 tickets from vivid $160 vs. 2 from venue itself = $70. I'll never use them again..
