BEWARE! Vivid Seats is disreputable! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR TICKET SALES AS THEY PROMISE! We spent $500.00 on tickets for Evita on Broadway, which was widely advertised everywhere starring Ricky Martin. They sold us tickets (and at a premium) for seats on the only night that Ricky Martin has a night off! It was a limited engagement, and there was only two weeks left when we bought the tickets from Vivid Seat. They should have told us that they are selling tickets for a show that Ricky Martin would not be performing at. They refuse to stand behind their sale, claiming that because they are 3rd party brokers, they have no such information. BEWARE!
