I received an email update from Vivid Seats, informing me that my tickets would be available by 7/31/12, just three days before the event. The tickets are a birthday present for my daughter who has been looking forward to this concert for months, so when I heard that they would be sent so close to the actual event I panicked. What if mail delivery is slow that week? What if? I imagined a hundred different things that could go wrong. When I called customer service, Adriana handled my concerns with understanding and a sense of humor. I haven't received the tickets yet, but I feel a lot more comfortable with the wait.
