Now we bought premium yes overpriced tickets for Olky murs in Cardiff 20/03/17 back in Oct last year.
Booked accommodation and all usual trimmings well in time to travel from Cornwall. As the qeek approached no tickets and no opportunity to speak to anyone until 72hrs before the event. This meant we wouldn't get the tickets due to the wk end postal system. On the Friday despite numerous emails trying to resolve we were met with automated congratulatory posts all is well you are going to olly. The agent eventually advised the selker hadn't sent them but we can travel as planned and our newly sourced tickets would arrive at the hotel. They didn't! We simply got an apology and refund. I was then advised they would fine the seller for non compliance. This didn't benefit us their customer simply their company. Also they earned interest out of our money over the preceding 6months. Dreadful approach dreadful experience. Viagogo need to look at their business model. They should but tickets and sell on not simply absolve themselves of all responsibility when it goes wrong which seens to be often. Unless ypu are prepared and indifferent if you go or not take your money and chances elsewhere. We lost hundreds
