Unlike most web sites, there is no total to approve before finalising your purchase. I thought my tickets would be £48 each and after payment was made, understood that there was going to be some kind of secure delivery charge, but not VAT or booking fee. I did not get given a total to approve before checking out. The first indication I had of the total was via email. By this time it was too late to cancel the card transaction. I found they has added £50 to the total cost. I am aware that I have gotten off lightly compared to others, and that there was apparently small print stating that VAT and a booking fee would be added (I didn’t see that) but I would have expected a full total at checkout for me to approve.
