Submitted tickets for The Who, received their confirmation of listing & they signed for the tickets well ahead of the event.
They failed to push the listing live, despite numerous emails & calls /
CS team told us they had a backlog (?!)
Finally on the Saturday they said it was too late.
Refused to escalate the issue & would not give us details of how to collect them so we could go ourselves.

So,we lost our tickets £140 - and couldn't go or sell them.

Awful from start to finish & since then have responded to no emails at all.

Sounds like they had their own batch they wanted to sell first before listing yours (common practise with them)

Thanks for the comment on that one- much appreciated.
Their autoresponders & email system is all over the place as well...
