I bought 3 tickets for myself and 2 daughters for Girls Aloud this Friday (1st March). I accept I had to pay a premium as I'd not been able to get them when they first went on sale. However the tickets still aren't here (my daughter says her friends have had theirs for weeks). I've emailed Viagogo and had just had an automated response that tickets may arrive up to a week before. I'm now worried that they may not get here at all or I might not be in when they do arrive. Does anybody know what happens if the tickets don't get sent? Do Viagogo seat you somewhere of similar standard or refund the total? I would like to speak to somebody but there's no-one on the end of the phone. Thanks in advance. Happy to update this review when I get answers from the company

I'm happy to update this review to say that my tickets arrived today, 26/2, so I have 2 very happy daughters. The face value was £49.50 and the seller charged £62.50 so I don't feel I've been ripped off as others have commented on here. Looking forward to the concert on Friday.
