I share my sad experience with Ticketmaster Poland:
- I was waiting over 3 weeks for ordered ticket despite I chose fast delivery option.
- They ignore customers, don't answer calls or emails, if they reply it takes long time.
- They charge almost 11 PLN (3 EUR) for payment through bank transfer and credit card, I never heard before about charges when paying through online bank transfer.
- I asked them for invoice, they promised to send it, but I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks and still nothing.
I'm not going to buy ticket there anymore, ever if I am forced to miss a concert of artist that I like.
Once I bought ticket for festival through Ticketmaster Spain and it was much more positive experience. Customer service in spanish Ticketmaster was very helpful, they reply to emails quickly and had no problems with issuing an invoice.
I read many opinions and it seems that Ticketmaster Spain is a world's exception if it comes to customer service and additional charges.
