After spending 45 minutes trying to book Jake Bugg tickets at Newcastle City Hall, their website couldn't cope, the phonelines were jammed, Seatwave and Ticketline only had £80 tickets, so, I tried Ticketline out of desperation, low and behold, tickets available, £20 each plus booking fee, purchased four £20 tickets, straight away, opted for emailed tickets which arrived within seconds. Worth every penny of the £19.25 booking fee, otherwise, we wouldn't have got tickets! Definitely use again
