I will wait until tomorrow midday before I post a review on all social media accounts and on review centre. The whole weekend was ruined after you sold me child tickets as adult tickets. Then once I told you I didn't want child tickets you told me it's cancelled and I can get my money back to buy other tickets. April 4,2017 i went online to purchase BTS ticket concert that will be held in Manila (Mall of Asia Arena),I went to SM Ticket.com to check if I can purchased online but apparently since they one of opening of ticket selling last 2nd of April,all ticket is sold out. I decided to check any online reseller so I can purchased the ticket,after google give me list,I found ticketbis.net and immediately check if they're selling BTS concert ticket,And yes they are and there's a lot of tickets available,I purchased VIP C ticket which in their website cost $368.49,I believe that this VIP is a good spot to watch these Korean group.It says that the purchased is confirmed and waiting for dispatch.I also. Heck the terms and condition,it says that ticketbis will be penalize if the ticket is late and will not be sent after 72 hours,days past and i tried contacting this website but as per Stub hub representative there is a transition between stubhub and ticketbis and ticketbis don't have a direct number for inquiries,
So I patiently waited but 72 hours have past,so I wrote a review in this center and ticketbis replied,(I don't know if this reply is automated or scripted.)coz the reply only says don't worry we will send your ticket on time,I mentioned about their terms and condition about penalty if they don't send it within 72 hours but seems they're just ignore and and assured me that ticket will be in Manila before the concert.Today 2nd of April,my daughter called in to inform me that BTS TICKET has arrived surprisingly ticket is purchased 1st of May 2017 over the counter around 10ish in the morning with zonta company and as expected they didn't provide any contact info,as per SM ticket representative,the amount that is visible on the ticket was php6,300 standing lower box SRO,however in my online transaction with ticketbis it says VIP C,and paid the amount of $368.49 thru PayPal,converted into Philippine peso 17,901.25 that includes the processing fee around $57usd.the amount I paid in dollars is almost the amount of VIP seat which is php 13k-14k,so I believe that I was a victim of fraudulent activity with this website.I already informed the SM TICKETS that they should escalate this matter to the management that this reseller online is taking advantage of online consumers!.So guys beware of this website because they're not truthful in their transactions and I think this is a big scam,they have people that they hired to purchased a cheap tickets over the counter and resell it triple the price,and they're not being honest to company so please do not purchased anything in this website before its too late,it was a big lesson learned in my side coz as a hard working mom I only wanted my daughter to be happy to watch his favorite Korean Bts group as her graduation gift,but I guess there is always karma who will strike them triple to what they have done to me and to all consumers worldwide who have been victimized by online reseller like ticketbis.

The ticket I purchased is Standing VIP C but the ticket arrived is just an Lower box SRO STANDING!!!so how can you justify it?and when I spoke to the representative at SM tickets says the ticket that my daughter have on hand was purchased only by the date of 1st of May?which I therefore confirmed that I purchased ticket online thru tickebis 4th April and supposed to be sent after 72 hours of purchased as per your terms and condition and you will be penalized if this is not done,Don't tell me such an excuse that is way not true from what is happening,how will you justify the fact that the ticket on hand was printed with name of so called "Zonta Company" which is also didn't provide any contact info from SM ticket booth in Moa Arena,and as per SM ticket representative tickets they're selling is transferable wven it was purchased by anyone. You have a statement from the organizer through email and you still refused to communicate. The vendor response was "Ticketbis is not an authorized user therefore they can not give a statement." I'm sure you already knew this which is why you guys have created this bogus way of doing business. I've read the other reviews here where this has happened to many others. As I've already stated, it is time for legal action. No wonder you have such low ratings.

I am a victim of using this suck online cheating platform, o was the seller of three concert tickets. This ticketbis Hong Kong take the money of over 4K from the buyer but did not buy back to me for my 3k ! This is not just money problem, I feel like ticketbis is a thief to steal people tickets!
