I bought tickets to the Real Madrid - RCD Espanyol game. When I arrived to the stadium the tickets were already used and I was turned around. Mind you, I am visiting from the US. The tickets were over $400 with a face value of $100 each for 2. I had to buy tickets at the stadium. When I return to my room, I contact ticketbis and they treated me as if I was not telling the truth and wanted me to go to the stadium and get a statement from the ticket office. We are talking about after the game is over. A sold out game of over 80,000 people and you tell me I should have had the guy give a statement at that time. Now you want me to take a cab back to the stadium. I'm already embarrassed and upset. Not to mention, i'm on vacation. $400 is a lot of money to be out of. I feel like I may have to take legal action with this company. I am not giving away $400. Do not use them.

You have a statement from the organizer through email and you still refused to communicate. The vendor response was "Ticketbis is not an authorized user therefore they can not give a statement." I'm sure you already knew this which is why you guys have created this bogus way of doing business. I've read the other reviews here where this has happened to many others. As I've already stated, it is time for legal action. No wonder you have such low ratings.
