I have in my hands a receipt where I paid $254 for seats this coming Friday evening to STOMP in Pittsburgh. The tickets were misplaced. Theatreland America will not honor this receipt. The tickets were purchased as a Christmas Gift for my son and his wife.
If someone can help me understand why a receipt means nothing in today's world, I will keep quiet. Otherwise, look out here I come. I am a senior citizen and I do not have $254 to donate to Theatreland.
I am prepared to take further action if necessary just to bring someone like this to understand they have no right to trick a person.

My story is even worst: Bought my 2 tickets 5 months in advance for Hamilton in Jacksonville, for my daughter's 15th birthday for a total of $815 ($374 x 2 + $104 Service charge + $14.95 UPS Basic delivery). When I got the tickets yesterday, the price indicated was $96.27 per ticket. They made a profit of $501 on me. I feel so stupid to have fallen for it...!!
