Ordered my tickets for the rolling stones tickets back in April for Hyde Park 6th July. Still haven't received them!! My son ordered his at from a another ticket seller and received them two weeks ago. Why have Ticket Factory held on to these tickets?? Will not use again Shameful!! Every time I ring them I am promised they have been dispatched but they never arrive.
