I bought tickets for an NFL game in October and when I arrived at the gate with my friends we were advised our tickets were invalid. Talk about being UPSET! I immediately called stubhub customer service about the tickets and the rep I spoke with was AMAZING she got us new tickets for the game and she also refunded our money. I was a rough experience but turned out to be a great end because of the hard work of this rep!!
