Avoid this company

This company sells tickets and then refuses to help you if you find you cannot attend, even if you buy the virtually worthless refund protection policy. Absolutely atrocious, they will not cancel, refund or even allow you to pass them to a friend. See copies of email below.

Im afraid if you are unable to attend and ticket plan are not offering a refund we are unable to do anything with the tickets.

As the tickets are printed with your name on you are unable to pass the tickets on or resell

You do not seem to understand my problem.

1. You have today sent me an email saying my tickets have now been sent.

2. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to explain to your company I can no longer use the tickets as I have to be away on business.

3. The refund protection, which your Company recommends on purchase, is with another company, which has such a restrictive policy, I am unable to claim.

4. You will not apparently cancel, refund, or allow me to give the tickets to a friend. Have I any alternative but to waste the tickets?

5. Is there nothing you can do to help me?
