Booked 2 tickets to Bournemouth Air Festival concert. Went through the whole booking procedure and confirmed credit card payment. No confirmation email 24 hours later so called them. A nightmare trying to circumvent automated voicemail and finally got through to a disinterested woman. She couldn't find my booking then had no clue about the event to rebook. Went on hold to find out about event and left me there so I had to ring off.

Dreadful do not touch as per the many poor reviews on Reviewcentre. They should be out of business with such terrible customer service.
