DO NOT USE this company. In short I was ripped off, lied to, ignored and repeatedly fobbed off by their customer service department. I purchased tickets for a AC Milan football game and entered a contract whereupon I was advised these would be delivered by post. They had not arrived 60 hrs prior to the start of the event so I contacted seatwave (something which I had done around 5 times that week and for the most part had been ignored!) I was then sent on e tickets via email. Previously I had been told by a member of the seatwave team that these would not be accepted at the stadium as I was not a Roma card holder, and guess what they weren't. This was extremely frustrating as the tickets had been bought, over the odds, for my partners 30th. I have contacted seatwave numerous times in an attempt to claim a refund but I continue to be ignored. Trading standards will be the next port of call I think.
